1 As the percentage of agarose gel used is increased,the migration rate decreases ,resulting in the resolution of smaller DNA fragments.Conversely ,as the percentage of agarose gel used is decreased ,migration rate  also increases resulting in resolution of larger DNA molecules.

number of mRNA codons this corresponds to = 438

(146*3)=438 because 3 nucleotides make up 1 codon, which codes for the amino acid.
