I. ClearPic manufactures LCD screens. Its managers believe that it's cost structure is described well by the function TC(x) = 50 + 3x2, where x is the number of screens produced. 

a. Compute the difference quotient: TC(x+h)-TC(x)/h Simplify it as much as possible.

b. Suppose that ClearPic is currently producing 20 screens and its CEO asks you how much it will cost per screen (average rate) to increase production by 10 screens. Use your answer from part (a) to answer the question.
