From the given reaction A+B ------> C

And from given rate law equation it is clear that the rate of the reaction depends only on concentrations of B and doesn't depend on concentrations of A.

a) Hence as we double the concentration of A it won't effect on rate of the reaction.

b) order of the reaction with respect to A = 0

Order of the reaction with respect to B = 2

Hence over all order of the reaction = 0+2= 2

Hence it's a second order reaction

c) Units of second order rate constant = M^-1s^-1 or M^-1 min^-1
