a) GAP will maximize it's profit when it sells at quantity where MC=MR which from graph is at level Q=200, hence GAP maximize it's profit by selling 200 jackets

b) Price from demand curve at Q=200 where MC=MR is 100

c) At Q=200 ATC=140 and P=100 economic profit=100*200-140*200=-8000 Hence, economic loss so GAP economic loss is 8000 a day
