Answer:

Option 1: The replaced student is male

Now the probability of selecting a male from first class = 13/23

Probability that now the selected student from second class is female

=> 15/(15+8)*13/23 ( Since there are 23 students after replacements = 15 female and 8 male)

= 15/23*13/23 = 195/529

Option 2: The replaced student is female

Now the probability of selecting a male from first class = 10/23

Probability that now the selected student from second class is female

=> 16/(16+7)*10/23 ( Since there are 23 students after replacements = 16 female and 7 male)

= 16/23*10/23 = 160/529

Total probability = 160+195/(529) = 355/529
