Answer #1

Yes

Donald Trump is a man who takes very serious decisions quicky, whose repurcerssions are felt by the economy later.

Recently, President Trump announced a series of export quotas and import quotas and taxes for China and some other countries.

This angered China which retaliated with following suit, thereby leading to trade war.

The winners from this trade war would be domestic producers facing competition from foreign and Chinese goods, while the losers would be consumers who will now be paying higher prices for the same product and that too having fewer variety. Also, export producers would be losers here, as there sales would drop.
