Q.1.

In the first condition, transporter proteins are same across the membrane .

'A' arrow : the fructose concentration is low and enzyme concentration is high

'B' arrow : the fructose concentration is increasing and enzyme concentration is going to decrease

'C' arrow : the fructose concentration is high but the enzyme concentration is saturated , so the rate of reaction is also satuarated.

In 'C' arrow position the greatest cocentration difference of fructose is occured.

Q.2.

In this condition the transporter protein is removed and fructose concertration is held constant , the rate would move towards down as enzyme concentration is going to saturated and substrate concentration is constant.

Q.3.

Here, the transporter proteins are remained constant and fructose concentration is added up the rate would be saturated after a perticular time when the enzyme concentration is going to satuarate.
