Speed V=26.5m/s
The density of air is ρ= 1.28 Kg/m³
area of the roof is A = 39.3 m2.
The pressure is reduced below rest pressure by dP = ½*ρ*V² (Bernoulli's law)
1) dP = .5*1.28*26.5² = 988.4736 Pa
This will be the pressure trying to lift the roof.

2) Fy = dP*A = 988.4736 *39.3 = 38847N
