In the opinion of Moye, the involvement of Seth Goldman is being controlled and reduced with the organization which was co-founded by him. At the same time, in fact, hee is also considering to perform his duties more than Beyond Meat executive chairman.

Beyond meat is mainly a startup to facilitate protein food to the customers which are in the beginning phase of the operation. Apart from being Executive chairman, he is also playing the role of innovative catalyst, Being an innovative catalyst, he is mainly accountable for providing inputs about the important strategies, packaging, and formulation. The role of brand stewardship is also played by him in which he is mainly responsible to ensure that Honest Tea Voice is ot only sustained but maintained din correct form.

The organizational structure of the fir has been affected by it as the production units are having a close similarity with the majority of high calories, sugar soft drinks along with the most of the no calories water bottle in the market, however, there is not much beverage in between
