Carnot engine is the hypothetical heat engine designed based on carnot cycle in which heat delivered to the system is used to get mechanical work.

We know that ;

efficiency of a carnot engine is given by;     η=1−T1​/T2​​

Where,T1 is the temperature of source and T2 is the temperature of sink.

So,if we increase the temperature of the source,the efficiency of the carnot engine also increases.
