-1/f = 1/Di + 1/Do

-1/-30 = 1/Di + 1/24

Di = -120 cm

M = Di/Do = -120/24 =-5

as magnification = image height / object height = hi/ ho
m= hi/ ho

So, -5 = hi/3

or hi = -15 cm
