Tracking of Sales is one of the most important tasks that need to be done by the Management. There are many software’s companies are using to track their sales. So that they can forecast and plan there work for future sales. Below are the importance of tracking of the sales:-

· To track the loyal customers

· To plan the future sales

· To plan the advertisements model

· To know best areas.

If a customer is coming online and offline both platform than company should track there of purchase. There are many ways company can track them such as:-

· By connecting their purchase by mobile numbers

You should create an account of the customers from the mobile numbers so that every time customer buy any thing from you can track the same. This way you can check how much sales the company is doing to a particular customer.

· By giving loyalty cards

You can issue loyalty cards to the customers. If they come offline than you can swipe that at payment counter and in online they can enter the card number. This way you can track the sales and also see the trend of the purchase of that particular customer.

· By giving special ID’s to customers

You can create the account of customers by giving them special ID’s. This may expensive but whenever customer comes to you and give his/her ID than you can track the purchases done by him/her.

All these ways will give you benefit but it is important that you are offering discounts or special offers to them. You can give points as well when a person buy any thing form you.
