Human performance is frequently dependent on an individual’s ability to marshal physical, emotional, and psychological resources to bear upon both organizational and personal goals. When organizational and personal goals are in conflict, how does the coaching model help resolve those conflicts?

Conflict is a very common in n and natural phenomenon in our life and various aspects of our life because I believe that working in an organization or doing any activity will have to experience certain conflicts because without conflicts and discussions we cannot afford to develop as a professional or as an individual as well, therefore we need to participate in the same.

A professional working in an organization may experience conflict between it's organizational goals and personal goals and I believe that almost each and every one of us has experienced such a condition although as professionals we need to overcome this situation and ensure that we are successful and effective in our approach as well. We will have to segregate our goals and make sure that they do not overlap or effect the interest or each other.
