Here it's asked the equation to find I4 , which is easy just apply current=voltage /resistance. Here V2 is the nodal voltage with respect to ground and resistance=R2.This is the answer. But I have given the entire solution for your clarification..As you have not given ,assume ideal op amp , infinite gain and negative feedback. And thus can apply virtual ground concept.
