(1) Choose the prescaler and the initial value for TMR1, respectively. (Round off the numbers.)
(2) Choose the prescaler and the initial value for TMR0, respectively. (Round off the numbers.)
(3) Write the interrupt vector routine, chk_isr routine.
(4) Write service routines T1_ISR() and T0_ISR(), respectively.
(5) Write a main function to set all necessary registers to run timer0, timer0 overflow interrupt, timer1,
timer1 overflow interrupt and PORTC.
