The correct option is option C. i.e the given spectra is of compound given in option C. This can be done by only one important signal observed in the given IR spectra. A peak at about 3400-3300 cm-1 confirms the presence of NH group. But there are now 3 compounds which contains the NH group viz. A, B, C. But the given spectra only show one single peak at 3400 cm-1 which confirms that N is attached to only one H and not to 2 H atoms. Because if N is attched to two H atoms then there must be two signals at 3400-3200 cm-1. So option C is the correct option.
