Let current be I in the middle link.


As per Kirchhoff’s law,


I1 = I3 + I 

I4 = I2 + I

=> I2 = I4 - I

=> I1 + I2 = I3 + I4

=> V/78 + V/78 = 2 + 5 = 7

=> 2V/78 = 7

=> V = 7*39 = 273 volts (ANSWER).
