Describe how you react when facing an environmental stressor.
Generally, the environmental stressors cannot be controlled to a large extent. Therefore, I employ emotion focused coping strategies most of the times. That is when something is troubling me and the stressor has to be with the external factor then I usually go for a short exercise session which is followed by a long bathing session and that is one of my coping mechanisms with the help of which I deal with environmental stressors.
