There are often new employees who have a hard time coping with a transition into an organization after having worked several years at another organization in the same industry. Based on organizational change management, what would you recommend the organization do to help integrate and retain this person? (Make any assumptions you want, e.g., the other organization had a different culture or was structured differently.)

New employees must always be made comfortable with the work environment before being given the work they need to do. Organizations must provide training sessions on the work culture of the organization so that new employees who are accustomed to another culture or structure could adapt the new work conditions. The managers must help them in getting acquainted with their teams and must make them understand the differences between this organization and the one in which they worked till then. They must be given time to adjust in the new environment and with the new team. Organizations must conduct camps and events to make employees get to know each other which would be a great help for these new employees to get a positive opinion on the organization and hence can be integrated and retained.
