A females contain two X chromosome, one from each parent while a male has one X from mother and one Y from father. X linked trait can occur in both males and females as both have the X chromosome. So rest of the options are incorrect.

Iv-4 individual is a non taster which is autosmal recessive so his phenotype will be 'aa' and lv- 5 individual is a taster so it can either be AA or Aa but since it's one parent is affected it will be heterozygote having Aa phenotype.
