Knowing that D is the center of mass of the rectangle a​nd that the inertia of a rectangular shape is:

(1) in A.

Use Stainer's theorem to find the inertia in the axis that goes through A

(2) in B.

Use Stainer's theoreme to find the inertia in the axis that goes through B

(3) in C.

Use Stainer's theoreme to find the inertia in the axis that goes through C

(4) in D, there is no oscillation because D is the center of mass of the body.
