1} CHINA

The trade war between the China and the United State, has come to an end in the very next time past to us. And after that the economies of both nations shows a positive signs towards progress. But the entire situation has changed when there is an outbreak in the COVID-19. The pandemic has moved and crossed all th boarders. At first the US and China had blame on each other for that they are behind the bio war. And now the situations has changed completely because the virus has created a massive destruction over the economy and the life of the people. Both the nations affected in a severe way with the persons affected and with the death rate. But now both the nations recognized  about the the importance of the mutual action to fight against the virus. And also to enhance the medical cooperation between the nations. And also the importance to work together to develop the vaccines. And the supply of life saving medical equipments has increased. And these nations, having the great economies have to ensure and enrich the global supply chain. The relation between two is leading in a new forward direction.

2}RUSSIA

Sometimes the history may be repeated as in the World war-2, the spread of the most destructive virus Corona all over the world has provided a coordinated global response from the US and Russia. Both the nations attempt to create a close partnership in between the two to overcome from this situation. Both the nations decided to fight against the COVID-19 jointly with all possible efforts and to ensure the safety of people. And also the nations will try to reduce the global recession that we are experiencing in this time and we are going to experience in the future, very next to us. And also they try to create this cooperation at it's good manner in the coming future.

3}WITH EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

At present United States is the nation with the most number of diseased persons in the world. So the cooperation among the nations is a very essential step to fight against the virus. The US has made efforts to reduce the results of mass destruction by the disease. The cooperation with the European Union countries has also marked an important step towards this. The president of US has ordered the officials to help the nations like Italy by providing the medical supplies and relief. And this offer to help the nations is a very important step to ensure both the foreign relations and humanitarian view.

() There is a chance for the emergence of new alliances after this condition. The cooperation among the nations will be enriched after the present scenario of the outbreak of the virus. New nations will form alliances other than the existing one's. Every nations understand the importance of co-existence and how the nations are depended on the others for their day to day survivals.

After the globalization there formed a strong bond in between the nations and every nations are dependent on others. No nations in the world has an individual existence. The global supply chain is very important among nations Progress. And it is very important to keep this chain active in order to ensure the supply and to prevent the disruption.

The concept of isolationism and nationalism is questioned in many times at the present time. And the nations with worst foreign policy relations with the other nations created a situations crucial to handle and to overcome from that due to the shortage in the supply of medicines, life saving equipments and the others.

After that the nations will create a new strategies which involves to increase the cooperation among the Nations and to increase the contributions in global supply chains in order to ensure Thiers active presence in this. And also the nations will form new unions to recover from the global recession that have experienced across the world.

COVID-19 is actually a test for most of nations and it raise the question whether the nations are fully independent on others on full course. But most of the nations identified their positions and also that the nations are not fully independent and each and every nations depended on others for their individual existence. And if the mutual cooperation among the nations become nourished both the nations will enjoy the benefits from it. And the virus spread raises a serious question on various governments about how much their medical field is equipped to face such a situation.
