The answer is option B

When a ball is thrown upwards and allowed to fall back to ground, it is a case of a freee falling object. In such a case, the acceleration of the object is constant and is equal to gravitational acceleration in a downward direction, Hence, the curve of the acceleration time curve would represent a staright line parallel to time axis. and if you consider upward direction as positive, the a would be on a negative side of the acceleration axis.

For v-t cuve,
As already seen above, the acceleration of the object would be constant, which means that the slope of the v-t curve wouldalso be constant throughout the motion. Initially when the ball is moving upwards, the velcoity would slowly move towards zero as time goes on. As soon as it reaches zero, the direction of the motion or velocity is changes, Hence, after this point the graph would contnue to move on the same line but on the negative side of the velocity axis, and with the same slope
