In general theory, are the conjugate acids and bases of a bronsted lowry acid-base reaction water soluble? In my head, I was thinking that since the conjugates are charged, they're able to interact as salts in water. Is this true to some extent?

Yes the conjugate pairs are water soluble as charged ions are soluble in water.

Positive and negative charge ions i.e, conjugate acid and base so formed are surrounded by water molecules.

The conjugate acid is negatively charged which is surrounded by positive part of water molecules whereas the conjugate base is positive charged which is surrounded by negative part of water molecules.

Thus, possible to solvate.
