You are going to be teaching an outdoor boot camp year round at one of your local parks. What steps are you going to take to ensure the safety of your clients?What items will you have on hand to deal with potential emergencies? Describe a class from warm-up to cool-down, including exercises and equipment.

For the safety of our clients we take care of all clients by getting them away from any bushes. As they may be attacked by any insects. The potential emergency occours in outdoor boot camps are sprains or any small injuries. So I will take some medicines such as sprays for any pain and some povidone like ointments for any small wounds. I would carry crepe bands for any sprains occours while doing exercise.

First we start with small exercises like moving our joints to free our body. Then we start doing small exercises like joging and then we start doing exercises continously like head rotation , sidesitups , situps and then other exercises and after vigorous exercise we will start relaxing by doing hip rotation and relaxing by sitting. Equipment may not be necessary for doing small exercises...
