Historically speaking the average number of incidents in the gym has been 3 per week. What is the probability that there will be more than 5 incidences on a given week if number of incidences can be modeled as a Poisson distribution? (2). if you have more than 5 incidences 4 or more weeks in a 10 week time frame your insurance liability insurance is going to go up. What is the probability that your liability insurance is going to go up? (use your answer from 1) to plug into the binomial distribution you will have use in this question) (3). You are inspecting 10 items for quality control during a manufacturing process. Historically the probability of observing an item to be defective is 0.04.
