Ans. The central atom N has following bonding orbitals:

Two bonding e orbitals of NH3 : It contains 2px and 2py orbitals, the diagram of these two are given below

  

  Three bonding a1 orbitals of NH3 : It contains 2pz, 1s and 2s orbitals , the diagram of these three are given below

The terminal atom Hydrogen only have 1s orbital. Thus 2pz, 1s and 2s orbitals of Nitrogen have same symmetry as SALCs of terminal group atom.
