so, -75.1125 in normal binary is 1001011.00011100110011001 => 1.00101100011100110011001 * 2^6

single precision:

sign bit is 1(-ve)
exp bits are (127+6=133) => 10000101
frac bits are 00101100011100110011001

so, -75.1125 in single-precision format is 1 10000101 00101100011100110011001
in hexadecimal it is 0xC2963999
