In such a case as described above, all the individuals involved in the trial and all those affected by it, won't be able to understand the trial purpose and achievement. In short, the expert would only be able to communicate the success or failure to another expert of the same field. Common people will not be able to understand the importance of the trial. This will affect it's popularity.
