Hi,

Proliferation initiative is related to security if the world and the main objective of this initiative is to stop trafficking of weapons of mass destruction. It is a global efforts launched by George W Bush in may 2013.Now it's including 105 nations of the world.

But at the same times a big part of middle east and some gulf countries are facing civil war and the global intervention of world's super powers in this civil war is a big issue. In another side the bad regional relationship between world's large nations like China-India,Indo-pak, issue of korea is also a big problem for the world.

Some countries like India,Saudi Arabia are the bigest importer of weapons and other side USA,Rasia,Israel,France are the bigest exporter of weapons and all these nations are play important role globally. These are very responsible countries.

Other side terrorism is also a big issue that is spreading worldwide. They have reach to weapons of mass destruction and they also rules over some States.

All nations have the fear of the security for their terrotary. The Balance of power strategy ( regionally and globally ) also motivate for weapons of mass destruction.

So every country has own issue and the world is very unstable in respect of politics and economy also.

So, this critical sutuations and unstable environment are the bigest challenges for the Proliferation Security Initiative. So I can't blame to any individual or a specific group of country for this problem.

But this is a good initiative and a large part of the world is including in this initiative. Its a difficult initiative but not impossible.

Thank You
