1.Queuing Analysis requires two major considerations i.e. the arrival rate and the service rate to the desired customers that enters in a queuing process. The analysis is related to minimize the total cost of these two elements and their impact on the operations as well as the efficiency of thesystem.In case of a production organization, the arrivals are the rate which raw materials or components are received at a processing station, and the processing time is the time the component remains atthat station while the process is completed and moves on to the next process

9.It has been observed that the relationship of the system utilization and the average waiting time as well as the length of the waiting line is inversely proportional. In fact the relationship is exponential and as the system utilization approaches 100% the waiting times and length of the line tends to increase tremendously
