first , there are many competitors in the industry roughly of equal size and strenght which cause tough competition among each other.

there are companies like Gopro, Xioami, Sony Axon Enterprise Inc., Rollei GmbH, Contour, LLC. and Vievu LLC all are major players.

second,Rivales in the industry have different or diverse strategies and coutries of origin causing high intensity in the industry.

third, the firms operating in this industry have excess production capacity.

fourth, the switching cost of customer is very low so customers can switch to any brand at low cost with ease.

the factors in the camer euipped drone industry are-

all above factors can be put in this industry but there are some additional factors-

Firms focused on differentiating themselves from each other and trying to attract customers.

the firms in the industry have high fixed or high storage cost.

The exit barries in the industy are high.
