In horizontally organized company, employees are given freedom and power to think and decide and the power is distributed rather than vesting with the management completely. So the employees have their freedom to express their ideas and participate in decision making . For this the culture of the company needs to be open and the employees must be trained to be responsible so that they can make correct decisions and hence they have cultures that emphasize openness , employee empowerment and responsibility . In such company the managers need to have good leadership skills and rather than giving commands, they need to work along with the team and take their opinions. and must be encouraging the employees to be innovative . They must guide the employees to put in efforts to come up with their thoughts and ideas and bring it to reality.
