interpret the regression coefficient for temperature for Model2, (i.e., what does the value mean?). And why this is different from Model 1.

Ozone(y) = 0.298612*rad + 0.057370*temp -2.533804

Interpretation : With an increase in 1 unit of temperature the value for ozone will also increase by 0.057370 keeping the values of all other variable ( rad ) same.

And why this is different from Model 1

For

Model1:

Ozone(y) = 0.043378*temp - 0.305874*rad -0.638560*wind -0.060018   

Interpretation: With an increase in 1 unit of temperature the value for ozone will also increase by 0.043378 keeping the values of all other variables ( rad and wind ) the same.

In model 2 the effect of temperature on ozone is more than that of model 1.
