Histogram and Bar Chart both are different. The difference is HISTOGRAM represents the Frequency Distribution of continuous variables., While the Bar Chart shows the qualitative data..

Histogram used to summarize discrete.In histogram their is no gap between the bars.

Example is that is used to display a large number of data and the frequency of the data values.
