As species is seprated between two differnt groups then eventually inbreeding will be occue between them as result Heterozygosity would be decreased.

C. Fst would decrease.

Fst is the ratio of the total genetic variance present in the population, as speices is divided into two different group hence Heterozygosity will decrease and due to which variation would  also decrease and hence Fst would be decrease
