1. Factors that should be considered by university management to determine whether or not to start a football program are:-

a) Football program can lead to increase in the student applications.

b) Football program and athletic success can lead to bigger donations.

c) Football program lead to a unique institutional identity and increases connection to alumni.

d) Also, cost of setting up football stadium should be considered.

e) Spendings on football coach, student councils and equipments should be considered.

f) Proper cost - benefit analysis should be done.

Key performance measures are proper planning in relation of setting up a football team, proper training should be given to the students. Also, making changes as per the external circumstances.

2. Stadium should be built in a versatile way so that other entertainment activities can also be conducted.

Renting the stadium for events such as weddings, corporate parties.

Offering additional services such as VIP rooms, Luxury seats, etc.

Include activities such as stadium tours, pre-game field access, etc.
