Answer #1

Privacy is very important and is the right of every individual . Intentional torts of seclusion is where the privacy of a person is invaded intentionally or with some plan. This tort helps in identifying the invasions that are intentional and only those who are found guilty of this are punishable. This is very important because many people do it unintentionally and even though the privacy of the person is disturbed they cannot be held responsible as they do not know they are doing it. Hence it is important to know the actual intention of the person which is expectation of privacy .
