Political Risk is more challenging as compared to others as Political risks are not controllable within the capicity of an organisation

Political regimes have different approaches to different business and it cannot be planned in advance so, Political risks are more challenging to overcome than cultural and business risk

American standards influence multinational businesses to a large extent as-

1.Taxation policy according to american standard are a major influential factor for several MNC'S

2.Employment Guarantee to domestic labours are must according to american standard.
