How are advancements in information systems impacting the job market for unskilled workers in the United States?
As we know that every things have some pros and cons so same is the case in the advancements of information system so as the day by day the advancements are been done in information system so it is giving a heavy loss to the employers who are unskilled and as the result of this they are been unemployed as they dont have the skill of using the new advanced IT systems as some of them try to learn those but majority of them are becoming unemployed on one side it is giving advantage to the people who are been skilled for those jobs but on the same side these advancements are been stealing the jobs and food from unskilled people. We are not against the advancements as they are essentials for the development of any organization but it is the responisbility of that company that instead of firing those employees make them learn those new skills
