What is the racial, ethnic , gender, and age distribution of the people in each of these environments ? 1) Diversity means the different types of people working in the organization in terms of age, wages, caste, gender, skills, culture , language etc.

2) Diversity issues can be identified by analysing the following job related area : a) Salary b) nature of employment c) employee commitment d) cultural background e) attitude , perception and behavior of the person.

3) The increasing diversity can cause to the following negative points:

a) Lack of organizational commitment.

b) Situations of discriminations.

C) Low productivity in case of chaos and conflicts.

d) High rate of employees grievances.

e) Stressful environment.

To overcome these outcomes , management should device a plan with some key people who will identify all the diversity negative issues and then separately plan for each aspects to be removed or lessen down.

Trainings , counselling and workshop should be organized to make employees familiar to each others irrespective of their backgrounds.

4) Employees get more benefits in terms of various attractive packages offered by the company.

They get more friends from other countries with different cultures , foods and lifestyles.

In terms of skill , knowledge and abilities people get more learning in a diversity situation.
