Diversity definition includes a variety of race, nationality / ethnicity, skill, feature, language, and lifestyle differences. A multicultural workforce not only takes into account the diverse demographic context, but also the diverse culture and intellectual capacity. Diversity as the first breakthrough phase accelerates the development of a new idea. Diversity-shaped workplaces have the capacity and ability to use wider communication networks. This function gives them the opportunity to access more data, which increases the creativity level and sensitivity to turbulence in the environment.

Workplace diversity study has assumed new importance as changing economics has prompted many businesses to size down and restructure themselves into more flatter, decentralized entities. The consequence is that today's companies are designed around communities that need to seek solutions to fresh and complex business issues. These teams bring together various groups of individuals that incorporate a variety of backgrounds, ideas, and personalities.

Reasons - Skills and experience ; One secret to creating successful group diversity is to combine compatible personalities ; Group diversity can clearly add strength. But it’s up to the manager / leader who creates the group to make sure diversity leads to an invigorating environment that sparks innovation, creativity and fresh thinking rather than a hodgepodge of irreconcilable differences.
