Answer #1

Answer: Working in an organisation or any field makes human to behave more ethically. I work as a nurse in a hospital where I have to look after the patient as well as the staff members. Contacting patient and gaining their trust is one of the nurse duty. A nurse always has to co-operate and manage the situation. Taking to patients is totally different from having formal conversation with the higher post people or staff members. We can not talk to them like our childhood friend but we have to be more cautious and alert while talking to them .This is also known as ethical issues. One should know how to behave publicly and don't harm sentiments of other person. One should always keep professional and personal life different.

Sometimes we have to talk or handle the people who belongs to different race or speaks other languages. This creates problems in conversation but still we have to be patient and takecare of those people. Treating and giving best care to the patient is one of the major goals of nurse.

Writing is one of the best method to convey, store the knowledge. The main purpose is to assure that the language should be simple so that it can be easily understood. The main problem occurs while writing is knowing the depth about the people understanding.
