Actually the mathematical formulas which are used to calculate the Q point of BJT are derived at Ideal conditions.
But when we come to practical lot of circumstances like voltage fluctuations which is given to the Collector terminal of BJT , Temperature at where we operated these type of parameters are effected on the value.
Example is when temperature changes it will directly impact on the threshold voltage of BJT.
So the value are approximately same in theoretical value to practical value. But chance of getting same is vwry less.
I think this answer might helpful for you.
Thankyou.
BJT analysis Why there is difference between calculated Q point and experimental Q point?
what is the difference between calculated (gaussia view) and experimental IR spectrum?
The difference between experimental (Chapter 10: Data Section) and calculated (using Debye-Huckel limiting law) mean activity coefficient of 0.01 mol/kg NaCl(aq) is about Experimental value: 0.779 The answer is 0.0136 -- I need to know how to get to the answer please!!! Full working.

Problem 2: BJT Small-Signal Voltage Amplifiers In the lectures, we covered in detail the analysis of an npn BJT amplifier that utilizes a single-supply DC biasing. In this problem, you wi meet two additional amplifier architectures-one that is based on dual DC supplies combined with a DC current source, and the other that utilizes a pnp BJT with single-supply biasing In both problems (below) you need to manually find the amplifier's Q-point (that is, the DC values of Ic and...
