Organizational analysis is defined as, “assessment used to determine a firm’s progress toward achieving its goals and objectives.” Task analysis is defined as, “analysis used to identify gaps between KSAs needed to perform work required to support the organization’s objectives and the current KSAs of the employee." Person analysis is defined as, “assessment of the gap between an individual’s performance and desired job outcomes.” The three are related, because they all tie together to overall ensure needed gaps are filled, individuals are trained, and a firm is able to achieve its goals and objectives. All three type of analysis be conducted to determine a firm’s training needs becuase organisation analysis involves evaluating management, workforce, resources, as well as current marketing goals. In general, an internal analysis looks at an entity’s core competencies and resources.it helps businesses improve on their weaknesses. Understanding how a business functions helps to shed light on areas of weakness or those that require simple changes to spur growth. An organizational analysis helps businesses find innovative ideas, as well as new ways to structure objectives so that employees are productive.so this will help to determine firms training need.
