In case of fresh food:-

cucumber , tomatoes , celery, iceberg lettuce etcs contain the hydrogen peroxide naturally and protect the food . H2O2 also have anti bacterial.

In case of processed foods:-

  • A processes food is a good item that has been prepared by transformation of raw ingredients into food or of food into other forms.
  • Hydrogen peroxide is power full oxidizer. only food grade H2O2 should be used in process food . It is used in food for its anti bacterial property.
  • For example wheat floor , egg white , milk and as a sterilizing agent for used packaging materials.
  • But in case of processed foods the amount of hydrogen peroxide should be limited to the amount sufficient for the purpose.
  • Hydrogen peroxide can be dangerous if ingested in a highly concentrated form . It can cause of burns and vomating and death.
  • It helpfull in detoxification and treatment of cancer .toothach to etc.
