A bit confusion about the right hand rule and torque. I understand how it is applied, but consider we have a moving car with wheels. There is a friction force which applies torque to the wheel, and by finding the direction of the Torque, we kan take the direction of the friction as well as the radius. Where my confusion comes in is weather we take the radius inwards to the centre og out of the centre?

It depends on the direction of the frictional force.

You put your right hand along the radius in such a way that by closing your hand you move the hand along the direction of force.

Say, the wheel lies in the XY plane and force is along +Y axis tangentially. Then you must place your right hand along +X axis (which is the axis of the radius here) so that your hand closes towards the +Y axis, which will give you a torque along +Z axis.
