The oversized organizations in the long run can result in a major halt in operations at all levels, which can cause the organization to permanently close its doors. Before a Christian is employed within an organization they sign to do the correct thing by the company and for the company. If downsizing was wrong from the Christian point of view they would not engage in it. Once the organization is in financial difficulties and the only solution is to downsize, it can be done once it’s done ethically. Employees pilfering stock on a daily basis can result in a major downsize because the company wants to get rid of the assets that is causing the company financial harm. It is ethical when coming to downsizing whether it be for the first reason I gave or for other reasons, the Christian strategist would be able to supply or refer moral and spiritual support at that time.
