--> Input is h * w * d

--> Suppose size of filter is n * m

--> So, we need the following

     h - n + 1 = h/2     => n = h/2 + 1

     w - m + 1 = w/2   => m = w/2 + 1

--> The number of output activation maps is d.

--> Hence specification of convolution operation is :

           (h/2+1) * (w/2+1) * d
