The top five principles should be described as:

1) Principles of Honesty: It is supreme in each kind of ethical standards, code of conduct, and actions performed by health care professionals and staff. It ensures people having ethical perspectives.

2) Principle of Beneficence: If , people will know their responsibility for caring people then they must have been a feeling of offering benevolence to patients and their families.

3) Fraternity with global patients:

Every citizens should be given equal care and treatment without any biases. A fraternity of international brotherhood should be followed.

4) Maintaining individual privacy:

Patients should be given privacy protection from every side. A highly cooperative environment should be established so that patients information should be protected from being stolen.

5) Physicians should have human values and professional ethics:

Each doctors , specialists etc. should have highest level of ethical and moral standards. Patients should be kept at top priority. Moral values and ethical principles should be followed by them.
